I am a self taught artist with a wide variety of artistic interests gathered from Life's experiences. Painting feeds my soul and makes my heart sing; especially when I explore color and texture through my work! I enjoy interpreting my world with my paint brush in both traditional styles and in my colorful and energetic abstracts such as my Earthsong Collection.
I am a retired Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Science and a Master of Arts Degree in Education Administration. It is through my background in health and education that I have embraced a strong interest in the Healing Powers of the Arts! As a musician, vocalist and cancer warrior, I have personally experienced these powers.
My work in watercolor, acrylic and mixed media is exhibited in venues in Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties.
