Upon acceptance of items, an inventory sheet will be kept for each exhibiting member in a binder.

Members exhibiting their work at the Gallery Store will be charged an annual fee of $35.

Commission:

BAA will retain the standard 30% commission for items sold.

Artist information

Artists are encouraged to include with their work information on their pieces and contact details. This information will be included in the packaging of items.

Packaging

At this point, it is difficult for the store to receive and use specific packaging for individual items, unless this packaging is displayed along with the items (subject to space availability).

However, packaging donations (to be used with any item) are encouraged.
