FEES

1. General info: Fees paid on entered work shall be paid on bring-in days, which occur every 2 months. These fees are non-refundable.
a) No artist may exhibit more than three (3) works in the Gallery at one time. Art work remains in the Gallery for two months. A vacancy from rented/sold work may be filled by the artist.
b) Pieces juried out must be claimed by the following Friday, or a storage charge of $5.00 per month will be imposed.

2. Entry Fees: The Gallery shall charge the following entry fees per two (2) month period. The size is any direction including frame.
a) $15 per piece, 40 inches or more. Size including frame in any direction.
b) $10 per piece, 16-40 inches
c) $8 per piece, under 16 inches
d) $10 for three-dimensional work, any piece that fits on a gallery pedestal.

3. Bin Art: $35.00 annual fee for art work placed in artists bins: artist may file up to five (5) items in bin at any time. After 4 months from the date of entry, these pieces are to be rotated out of the bin and replaced with fresh work. Card rack is included in bin fee, cannot be separate.

4. Commissions: A 30% commission is reserved for Gallery sales; 20% for community exhibits. Any piece sold over the BAA website is subject
to a 20% commission. 10% shall be paid to BAA for referrals to an artist for commissions or studio visits resulting in a sale.

5. Rental Art: The Gallery adds a $10.00 handling fee to the artist's rental amount, payable by the patron upon rental.
