Diane Ciapura is a Camarillo artist whose work has evolved from classically styled traditional paintings to striking multi-dimensional abstract expressions. These fascinating constructs yield a unique symphony of form, color and depth. They are created in a time-consuming layered process that really involves several paintings within each work. Each layer, as it develops, generates an emotional impulse that launches the next layer.
A graduate of the University of California with degrees in Fine Arts and Art History and Criticism, Diane’s work has been in numerous juried shows in Sedona and at the San Diego Institute of Art.
Her paintings have been shown at numerous galleries in San Diego, Sedona and Jerome, AZ. Her work has also been acquired for many private collections in the United States, including the International Food Safety Council, as well as in Canada, Germany and Japan.
