CHECKLIST FOR BRING-IN DAY
The gallery requires the following MINIMUM standards for art work exhibited in the Gallery:

1. All work must have strong, securely fastened wires: no saw-tooth hangers, string, thin wire or plastic will be accepted. No ornate frames. Plain frames and white or light mats are recommended for the gallery. Professional plexi-glass (plastic) boxes with wood backings and standard wiring are acceptable.

2. All work must be labeled with the following information:

Name of Artist    Medium
Title of Piece      Overall Dimensions
Phone Number    Price (No N.F.S.)

3. All work placed in the artists' bins must be covered with tough, protective plastic or acetate, priced and labeled to the MINIMUM STANDARDS set forth above. Shrink wrap tends to unwrap and tear.
Failure to comply with these minimum standards will result in refusal by the Gallery to exhibit the art work.
