Enjoy your gourmet sack lunch catered by Riviera Bistro,eat your lunch on the lawn with a provided tablecloth, play a game of croquette, support local artists and enjoy spring with a Celebration of Life. No host select bar will be on site and as well as local artist demonstrations. A portion of all sales will go towards the CMH Hospital Foundation which supports uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients.

The Celebration of Life is an art show of images created by eleven Buenaventura Art Association (BAA) artists who were paired with eleven inspirational Breast Cancer Survivors as their models. This collaboration began a year ago with support from the Community Memorial Hospital and their Breast Center patrons. Now its time to unveil these art works to the public and throw a party!

This fundraising event will be not just about art or about supporting a great cause, it will be a great way to spend the afternoon with people you care about, eating good food, enjoying the beautiful views in the Ventura Harbor, Celebrating Life and your Mother!

Reception is 11 -2pm, Sunday May 31, 2009
